Booking an ambulance takes about two minutes if you have the right details ready.

Step 1 — Call or send a WhatsApp message

For an emergency, always call rather than message. For a planned transfer, WhatsApp is fine and gives you a written record of the booking.

Step 2 — Share the location

Give the address with a landmark. On WhatsApp, share your live location: it removes every chance of a wrong turn. If you are in a narrow lane, tell us the nearest point a van can reach.

Step 3 — Describe the patient

Say the age, what is wrong, whether the patient can sit or must lie down, and whether oxygen is in use. This decides which vehicle we send.
